[TRANSLATION]劳劳亭 – Pavilion Lao Lao

Pavilion Lao Lao

Author: Bai Li(AD701-AD762, Tang Dynasty)

Translator: Lei Fan 2016 in Chicago

If there is a place has agglomerated most sorrows under the sun,

I will say Pavilion Lao Lao, where departures happen dust and dawn.

Even the spring breeze could sense the pervading melancholies,

She hesitates to blow the willows green, so the branches can not be gifted to those who are leaving.
